An Americano is an espresso variety, sharing many of the characteristics of the espresso, but with a slightly less intense taste. If you like a good cup of espresso, but sometimes find it a little too strong, an Americano is a good alternative. An Americano is less intense in flavour than an espresso because it is served with more water in a larger cup.

The coffee that has been used for this espresso is made from medium-roasted Arabica beans from Brazil, Columbia and Honduras. It is fruity blend, with notes of light chocolate and a lingering aftertaste.
