Lavazza is famous for their special roasting technique, which gives Lavazza coffee a very low degree of bitterness compared to many other coffees. The roasting technique is perfectly exemplified here, in a spicy cup with minimal bitterness, notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and caramel and, not least, a lingering aftertaste.
