Ristretto – Italian for “shortened and narrow” – is actually the opposite of a Lungo. It is a highly concentrated short shot that uses half as much water as a traditional espresso, but the same amount of coffee. If the Kaffekapslen Everyday Ristretto is too strong for your taste or you want a larger coffee, you can also enjoy it as a more intense Lungo.
