St. Remio has recently launched a new organic series where all the coffees are bio certified. This series consists of a number of quality coffees which have been grown completely without the use of pesticides and spraying agents, including this variety, Robust.

As the name indicates, this is a well-rounded coffee full of flavour. More specifically, you get an intense espresso with notes of cocoa, berries, and malt. Robust is an espresso on the highest end of the strength scale, so it is ideal for coffee drinkers who prefer a strong coffee.

This coffee is enjoyed best as an espresso, but it also works well as a base in a cappuccino or a latte.
